Judgement Removal

In the hierarchy of credit damage, the court judgement sits at the top. A default says you struggled; a judgement says a court agreed with your creditor - and that verdict can anchor your profile for up to five years, throttling every application it touches. Removal is possible, and knowing the two exits is half the battle.

Exit One: Rescission

The active route. Once the judgement debt is settled - or where the order was granted erroneously, often without your knowledge - an application asks the court to rescind its own order. A rescinded judgement does not get marked "paid"; it gets erased from your record as though never granted, restoring your profile immediately instead of years from now. This is the route worth paying for.

Exit Two: Expiry

The passive route: wait out the listing period. Free at the counter, expensive in life - five years of declines, deposits and premium rates while opportunities lapse. Mathematics rarely favours patience here.

The Paid-Up Trap

Settled your judgement debt already? Here is the trap: bureau rules require paid civil judgements removed once proof lands, yet the removal almost never happens unsupervised. Somebody must lodge the proof and chase all four bureaus - Experian, TransUnion, Compuscan, XDS - to compliance. That somebody is us: proof lodged, rescission driven where needed, updates verified everywhere.

Judgements Keep Bad Company

The rough patch that produced a judgement usually scattered defaults and orders alongside it - and truly ancient debts may have prescribed outright. Our full clearance service sweeps the lot via the documented process. One verdict need not define five years: apply online.
